Today I received an email from a regional manager that absolutely made my day! He spoke with a customer I helped yesterday and that customer said I was very pleasant and answered all of his questions. The manager forwarded this on to the owner and my boss as well. He said if I am leading the customer service of our company we will be unstoppable!!!! I took on the position of customer service operations manager in August so this message really encouraged me. I’ve spent my whole career working with people. I love what I do…I love customer service 🙂
I still have an entire team to train but we will be a world class customer service provider very soon!
